Sessions will be held in the Douglas Henry Building - Room 229/231.The Information Session will cover all requirements to enroll into the May 2026 PN Prerequisite Course.You do not need to register to attend.It is mandatory to attend an Information Session prior to starting the program. Students passing the May 2026 prerequisite course will be eligible for the September 2026 LPN program provided all requirements are met.

Program Credentials
This program is approved by the Tennessee Board of Nursing. The Nursing program prepares individuals to become members of a nursing team in hospitals, long term health care facilities, doctors’ offices, outpatient clinics, and home health care. Students are required to complete supervised clinical experiences in all areas of nursing care. Graduates will obtain a diploma in Practical Nursing and then be eligible to take the National Council Licensing Exam for Practical Nursing. This program is designed to meet the educational requirements for Practical Nursing in Tennessee. Requirements vary by state and may not be met through this program in other states. Students planning to work outside Tennessee should contact the appropriate licensing agency to confirm eligibility.
